The Committee on Industrial and Investment Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt the draft law “On in the second hearing and in entirety “On peculiarities of investment activity in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea”

The bill (Reg. No. 0877) suggests determine peculiarities of investment activity in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea as an integral part of Ukraine.

Registration of investment projects is carried out on voluntary basis on a submission from an investor or a business entity that implements such project. State support of investment activity on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea is provided in the manner and on the terms.
